How do I choose my band width?
Most wedding bands are 2mm to 4mm for women and 4mm to 6mm for men. Wider bands feel more substantial; thinner bands sit neatly next to an engagement ring. Choose your width on the product page.
What is a comfort fit band?
A comfort fit band is gently rounded on the inside, so it slides on easily and feels comfortable all day.
What ring size should I choose?
Choose your US ring size (3 to 12) on the product page. Use our size chart if you are unsure, or contact us for help.
Which metals are available?
Our bands are made in solid 10K, 14K or 18K white, yellow or rose gold, and platinum. They are never plated.
Will this band match my engagement ring?
Choose the same metal as your engagement ring. If you are unsure whether the band sits flush with your ring, send us a photo and we will advise you.
How long does it take to make my band?
Each band is made to order in your size and metal. Please allow 3–4 weeks from the day you order.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping within the USA is free and fully insured. Express shipping is available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You can return your band within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Email info@northfirejewelry.com with your order number to start a return.
